Taste is very smooth and has a delicate texture. It compares to the likeness of a top notch chocolate - 2004 Thornton, Syrah
This wine is too expensive for me on a regular basis, but when my friends come over for dinner, I definitely would like to have at least a bottle per couple with dinner. Otherwise, someone would get left out of the enjoyment!
