The wine has light with an airy bouquet that wakes up the nose and alerts the taste buds to expect the unexpected. When the wine comes to the taste buds it's very sharp and intense. Then just when you aren't expecting anything you are enveloped with a deep fruity taste. This after taste was so smooth.
