This wine would be fabulous with game for Christmas; Peasant, Duck or a properly cooked Prime Rib or Crown Rib Roast.

Lovely, subtle PN (Pinot Noir).

Not a faux Pinot like some of the new world wines I have tasted, but also ...

Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery offers very economical to expensive wines … all very consistent with good price to quality ratio.

This wine is too expensive for me on a regular basis, but when my friends come over for dinner, I definitely would like to have at least a bottle per couple with dinner. Otherwise, someone would get left out of the enjoyment!

A dusky, seductive wine that offers up spice, black cherry, cedar, anise and tobacco.

Instead of deepening, though, the wine lost its grip on all the richer elements, leaving behind battered petals steeped in perfume. Still, it’s a decent pinot for the price and would fare quite well as a meal accompaniment.

Very enjoyable cab with little if any herbaceous (green pepper) smells or tastes.

BIG merlot…. Medium purple to dark red in the glass. Full bodied with lots of fruit and complexity.. still evolving in the bottle.
