2007 Beaulieu Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A nice light wine that is warm and a little spicy with a smooth and supple taste.  You can definitely taste the cherry and plum. Prime Ribs would be a perfect match for this Cab!  The value is on target.
