I have enjoyed this wine several times over the last few years, and what astounded me most recently is the profound depth of flavor. The Hewitt cab delivers a mouth-coating richness that lights up every nook and cranny of my palate’s pleasure center. It is truly a wine to savor, as each smell and sip demands closed-eye euphoric concentration. Combine such with a perfectly prepared Filet Mignon…oh my goodness.
