Well - let me be blunt. I had a hard time tasting this wine. I tried and tried, but I could not coax this wine anywhere near the pleasure centers of my tongue or brain. Perhaps it was thwarted by the coffee which I drank an hour earlier, or perhaps is was simply overpowered by the Perano cheese and crackers. Whatever the cause, I was less than pleased.
