2000 Chimney Rock Stags Leap District Cabernet

It sure is fun reviewing premium wines!  I greatly enjoyed this cabernet, which was brilliantly paired with extraordinarily prepared short ribs in a rich and succulent sauce.  The chimney rock more than held its own, and indeed added richness to the experience.  Very nicely compiled tasting experience.
